We hired Sasha to run my son's birthday party in the park and it was amazing! Sasha was responsive during the planning leading up to the party and for the party showed up with everything we needed - she made it so easy! During the party she took the time to explain the rules to everyone so they knew what they were doing. Sasha knew most of the kids names from school but introduced herself to everyone she didn't know - she made everyone feel welcome and had so much enthusiasm. Introducing KwikFeet! A health-focused lifestyle brand that delivers physical activity programs targeting children aged 5 to 11. We combine our favorite elementary school subject, P.E., with team sport-inspired games to accompany kids in all stages of development through active play.
By fostering an inclusive culture of fitness and wellness at an early age, we can significantly impact a child’s overall physical health and mental well-being. As a result, we become the answer to keeping obesity, inactivity, and mental illness from being carried into adulthood.

Philosophy
Everyone (Parents and Children) have access to a TEAM of people who are on the same journey as you or who love you and want to cheer you on. It’s always ok to ask for help. It’s ok to not be the best at something. But positive thinking, a good attitude, and having fun are a sure recipe for personal success. Never give up on your dreams and keep trying, trying, trying again. You CAN do this.

P.E. In the Park
What started as "P.E. in the Park" during the pandemic, to encourage against inactivity while practicing safe distancing, Coach Sasha's event gained incredible traction and had kids and parents alike wanting MORE.
